This is the most imitated electric Neapolitan pizza oven in recent years.

All the know-how of Izzo ovens has been used in this IZZO FORNI oven. Eye-catching aesthetics, the use of noble materials without savings in production and the craftsmanship that is reflected in every detail make our dome oven a UNIQUE, IRREPLACEMENT Oven, but above all, irreplaceable in terms of efficiency.

Handmade front made of antiqued copper. Baking floor made of "Sorrento di biscotto" clay brick, 4 cm thick. The ceiling of the baking chamber is made of grooved refractory brick, 4 cm thick. Very durable nickel and chrome heaters. Vintage brass frames and handles. Everything was done with maniacal care. The IZZO FORNI oven is not only perfect from a technical point of view, but is also appreciated and chosen by Neapolitan pizzerias as a decorative element.

Izzo Forni Compact Pizza Napoli ovens

Single chamber ovens designed to allow several baking chambers to be stacked, even at a later time.

These are the only ovens equipped with 4 cm bricks on the floor and 4 cm bricks on the top of the baking chamber. Thermal insulation of Compact furnaces does not cause temperature drops, enabling continuous operation and saving electricity.

The "PIZZANAPOLI" configuration is ideal for baking real Neapolitan pizza at 450°C, pala pizza and all products baked directly on biscotti. In this configuration, the floor is made of 40 mm thick "Biscotto di Sorrento" bricks, the electric heaters are densely distributed and the insulated reduction of the door opening allows baking even with the door open. Inside the baking chamber, refractory plates are placed on the sides and bottom of the baking chamber.
